Clotting Assay
Measure tissue factor procoagulant activity in cell lysates and other samples using a clotting assay

Factor VIIa enzymatic activity – I
Measure the enzymatic activity of coagulation factor VIIa using a chromogenic substrate (amidolytic activity)

Rapidly reconstitute purified tissue factor into liposomes (phospholipid vesicles) using Bio-Beads SM-2

Reconstitute purified tissue factor into liposomes using the octylglucoside dialysis technique (adapted from Mimms et al.)
